Osawatomie Public Library
It’s a small town located near Kansas’ eastern border with Missouri. When Osawatomie town officials decided it was time to renovate the library, they needed an elevator that was quiet, affordable, and space saving. The Schindler 3300 machine room less low-rise elevator was the right choice. By adding the elevator, the library was able to meet ADA requirements as well as double their usable space.
Located in North Central Ohio, Oberlin College & Conservatory is ranked as one of the Top 25 liberal arts colleges in the United States. When Oberlin decided to renovate Asia House, an older three-story residence hall on campus, they needed an elevator that would fit into an existing building, meet all ADA and safety requirements, and be installed quickly and in minimal space. Schindler already provided the maintenance for the campus, and they chose the Schindler 3300 for the renovation.
"The Schindler 3300 machine room-less elevator is exceeding our expectations, is extremely reliable and it is a really strong performer too." - Rick Gerena, skills trades service manager at Oberlin.
