How does it work?
Connect the elevator
- Your elevator must have an active Schindler service contract and access to our digital services, enabled by cloud connectivity.
- The Bluetooth® connection feature needs to be activated in your elevator.
Inform your tenants
- Use the comprehensive promotion package we provide (with stickers, flyers, and more) to inform your passengers.
Install the app
- Passengers need to download the MySchindler app from their preferred app store
(iOS or Android). - Bluetooth® connection permissions should be granted to the app upon request.
