Important Alert from Schindler on Recruitment Fraud

06.08.2020

It has come to our attention that various individuals have offered  false employment opportunities with Schindler Elevator Corp. to others. We are taking this matter seriously with the intent to alert potential victims from falling for this scam. As such, please ensure that all email messages you receive during the recruitment process are from an official Schindler.com address. Further, Schindler will never ask job candidates for payment in any form, including, but not limited to, cash or gifts cards. Nor will Schindler offer a payment to you before official employment.

If you are contacted by someone who you suspect may not be representing Schindler Elevator, please email our Chief Compliance Officer, Daniel Cannon (daniel.cannon@schindler.com). Please forward the original email that you received that includes the subject line and complete header information.

We strongly suggest you actively report all suspected scams to your local authorities and the FTC (https://www.ftc.gov/).

As always, do not respond to any job offers or propositions for employment from or provide personal or financial information to people you do not know.
