Schindler Elevator Corporation names Jeremiah Heller as Chief Operating Officer for U.S. operations
MORRISTOWN, NJ, April 2, 2026 – Schindler Elevator Corporation announces the appointment of Jeremiah Heller as Chief Operating Officer for U.S. Operations.
After four years as Chief Operating Officer, more than 14 years with Schindler, and over 30 years in the elevator industry, Paul Bloom will officially transition into retirement on July 1, 2026. Over the coming months, Heller will work closely with Bloom to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Heller brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the role and was most recently Senior Vice President, Area West, where he led sales and operations across the western United States. Under his leadership, the region delivered strong performance while strengthening operational execution and customer satisfaction.
Heller joined Schindler in 2012 as a District Manager before embarking on an international assignment in Saudi Arabia in 2015. There, he initially served as Field Operations Director and later as the Managing Director of Schindler Olayan Elevator Company. In 2019, he transitioned to the Jardine Schindler Group as the Managing Director of the Philippines, where he successfully led a turnaround of operations. He was subsequently appointed Managing Director for Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, and served on the Jardine Schindler Group Executive Committee.
In his new role, Heller will be responsible for overseeing Schindler’s U.S. business operations. He will be based at the company’s U.S. headquarters in Morristown, NJ, and will report to Ray Bisson, U.S. Chief Executive Officer.

Heller holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Baker College. He also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army.
