Why Dallas, TX, for our newest Technical Learning Center? The choice was strategic. Growing markets, ease of logistics, and proximity to major airports make Dallas the ideal location to serve as a regional hub for onboarding, upskilling, and advanced certifications.

Our new learning centers provide an incredible real-world environment for our technicians to elevate their skills and prepare them to deliver the highest safety and quality for our customers. Our new Dallas location expands our impact, as we build a network of learning centers across the US, connecting our employees to hands-on education in the cities we live in and serve.

The Dallas facility will host more than 50 classes annually, each accommodating up to six technicians. One-hundred percent utilization with minimal downtime—a true commitment to continuous learning.

From day one, trainees at the Dallas Technical Learning Center step into a structured learning journey designed to mirror real-world challenges. Programs like the New Installation, Existing Installation, and Modernization certification processes set the tone. This approach has already delivered measurable improvements in performance and safety outcomes.

Designed as a true real-world training environment, the Dallas Learning Center offers immersive, practical experiences that mirror the challenges technicians face in the field. With dedicated technical equipment, structured certification pathways, and instructors who bring deep industry expertise, the facility has quickly become a cornerstone of the company's training network. 

Training goes beyond theory—technicians gain hands-on experience through: 

• Installation practice on real equipment
• Field readiness exercises
• Customer excellence workshops
• Supervised troubleshooting
• Daily safety debriefs
• Mechanical/electrical checklists
