Information for Suppliers
Schindler requires all suppliers to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity in their business dealings. Not only in regards to their dealings with Schindler, but also the supplier's relations with other customers, vendors, employees, competitors and communities. Please refer to the "Downloads for Suppliers" box for links to Schindler’s Global Code of Conduct for Suppliers, as well as Schindler’s Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
[Note: Schindler standard Contract Terms and Conditions may apply to a specific vendor relationship, instead of or in addition to these Purchase Order terms. Please contact your Schindler purchasing representative with questions.]
