Conveniently located in Singapore’s new Central Business District, Marina Bay, this fully integrated office development combines impressive space and energy efficiencies with excellent range of business and employee support welfare facilities.

Tower 1:  It has 1.26 Million square feet of premium office space spanning through 38 floors from the 6th floor till the 43rd floor.

Tower 2: This tower has 0.78 million square feet spanning through 26 floors from the 6th till the 31st Floor. This tower also houses a Five-Star Hotel on the upper Floors form the 32nd to the 46th Floor.

For this particular development, Schindler Singapore supplied 88 units of elevators, 16 units of escalator and 4 units of travelators.


Capital Tower

This building is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city of Singapore, with a height of 254 meters, gracing the Singapore skyline in Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar financial district. With 52 floors, it is served by five shuttle double deck lifts.

Schindler Singapore installed 34 elevators and 7 escalators in this office tower.

Centennial Tower stands at a 158m in the central business district of Singapore. It is nestled with the rest of the skyscrapers in the Marina Centre.

Schindler Singapore installed 19 units of elevators for this high rise office building.


Fusionopolis building

Fusionopolis

Fusionopolis is a research and development complex located at the One-North business park in Singapore. It houses various research organizations, high-tech companies, government agencies, retail outlets, and serviced apartments in one location and flanked by all the reputable institutions around.

For this sleek building, Schindler Singapore supplied 37 units of elevators, 12 units of escalators and 2 units of travelators.

Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC), a joint venture of Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited/Hutchison Whampoa, Hongkong Land and Keppel Land, stands on a 3.55 hectare site offering three office towers with nearly three million square feet of prime Grade A office space, two residential towers comprising 649 luxury apartments and retail space of approximately 176,000 square feet – all clustered around a stunning waterfront park.

Developed in 2 phases, Phase 1 of MBFC consists of office Tower 1 and 2, Marina Bay Residences and Phase 1 of Marina Bay Link Mall. Phase 2 comprises Tower 3, Phase 2 of Marina Bay Link Mall and Marina Bay Suites.

For this major project, Schindler Singapore supplied 105 units of elevators and 6 units of escalators.
