Scheduled for completion by 2017, Marina One will rise at the heart of Singapore’s new Central Business District. With its enviable location at Marina South, the project is a vast, 3.67 million square feet integrated development. It will include two 30-story office towers and two 34-story luxury residence towers, linked with a retail podium and a lush sanctuary, dubbed “The Heart”, featuring waterfalls and rooftop gardens.

The project’s groundbreaking architectural design, unveiled in February 2013, by the Prime Ministers of Malaysia and Singapore, received several awards, including for Best High Rise Architecture, Best Mixed-use Architecture and Best Mixed-use Development at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
The Marina One Residences consist of 1,042 luxury apartment units and will offer an excellent host of communal facilities and tropical living in the vicinity of the sprawling 101 hectare Gardens by the Bay.
Schindler will supply 34 elevators for the two residential towers, including thirty of the industry leading Schindler 7000 high-rise elevators.
All units will adopt Schindler’s clean Power Factor One (PF1) regenerative drive technology and integrated control system, Lobby Vision. The PF1 regenerative drive enables power generated by the elevator to be fed back into the building’s electricity grid, consuming up to 30% less energy than comparable elevators. The Lobby Vision is a management tool that allows single-point supervision of multiple active systems.
