As a customer dialog specialist, you work in the customer call center where you learn how to handle modern technologies and communicate with customers. The objective is to provide expert and reliable support for your customers both on the telephone and in writing, dealing with all concerns. You advise your customers regarding various products and services, conducting sales discussions, dealing with customers' inquiries and complaints and either working on orders independently or escalating them to the responsible departments.

Prerequisites

  • Secondary school level B or equivalent school education (good or very good marks)
  • Communication ability
  • Highly developed talent for languages
  • Customer-oriented behavior
  • Ability to work in a team

Apprenticeship duration

The basic training lasts 3 years.

Vocational school

  • 1-3 days a week at the School of Business and Management in Berne
  • Vocational qualification is possible

Future prospects

As a customer dialog specialist, you have the opportunity to attend the course of «Contact Center Supervisor with Swiss Specialist Certificate», in order to carry out management tasks in various contact centers.
