Die Schindler Holding AG hat heute erfolgreich eine 3-jährige Anleihentranche von CHF 200 Millionen mit einem Coupon von 0.625% sowie eine 5-jährige Tranche von CHF 400 Millionen mit einem Coupon von 1.25% platziert. Schindler profitiert damit vom günstigen Zinsumfeld. Die Anleihen wurden bei Retail- und institutionellen Investoren im inländischen CHF Markt platziert. Die Liberierung der Anleihen erfolgt am 21. November 2011.
Der Erlös dient der Finanzierung des zukünftigen Wachstums, zusätzlichen Investitionen in Wachstumsmärkten, von Akquisitionen sowie dem Rückkauf von eigenen Aktien und Partizipationsscheinen. Damit sichert sich Schindler die strategische Flexibilität und die unternehmerische Unabhängigkeit.
