The Board of Directors of Schindler Holding AG has decided to appoint Mrs Petra A. Winkler as Group General Counsel with effect from April 1, 2019.

Mrs Winkler is currently General Counsel Corporate Law and Transactions and has worked for the Schindler Group in various legal positions since joining the Group from the law firm Bär & Karrer AG in 2006.
