A settlement in an arbitration procedure with regards to Schindler’s tax position leads to a tax refund, including interests. In the second quarter 2018 a one-time positive impact of CHF 55 million was recognized in the Group’s net profit. The actual amount may differ since final tax assessments will only be issued at a later stage.

Schindler will publish the half-year results 2018 on August 17, 2018.
