That’s why we promote an inclusive culture at Schindler. We value all our employees, with their different backgrounds, skills, and ideas. We know that we can always improve, so we have set-up a Diversity Council at Schindler to measure our progress around the world.
One program we’ve launched is ‘Women in Leadership’ – a program to increase the number of women in management positions.
