A beautiful firework marked the end of a successful agent meeting 2008 and the start into the new year of successful cooperation between our agents and Schindler. The excellent atmosphere during the outdoor award dinner showed that agents and Schindler are ready to defend our leading positions in escalator and high rise and to attack the residential market in 2008!
The morning meeting took place in the world famous conference room of “the BoAo Forum for Asia”. In his key note address Mark Noble communicated the strategy of Schindler China to achieve a profitable growth. The fact that the winner of the award for the largest agent in terms of units also won the 3rd prize for profit generated shows clearly that units and profit can go hand in hand. The award winner Mr. Shen from Li Da Wang in Shenzhen is definitely a role model for agents!
For those agents who still believe in price as the only weapon to win, Schindler managers, sales staff and agents communicated in several dialogues how we can achieve a profitable growth: the secret is to differentiate ourselves from the competition through higher quality, service and a complete customer approach.

In the afternoon “2008 Schindler Cup” dragon boat racing, agents and Schindler staff showed excellent team work and sports spirit! All the paddlers were fighting to their last bit of muscle strength and the finish could not have been closer! Seeing this strength of the agent Schindler teams left no doubt that in 2008 we will live up to the meeting theme “aiming higher, being faster and becoming stronger”
