Hanoi, 24 October 2012 – Reigning high above the ground at 267 meters or 65 floors, the Lotte Center Hanoi will be built in the bustling city of Hanoi as the country’s third tallest skyscraper. Upon completion in 2014, the USD$400 million project will boast a total area over 250,000 square meters, which will offer deluxe high-rise residential homes, high end offices for rent, 300 rooms for a luxury 5-star hotel, a shopping center, and much more.
The 65-story Lotte tower’s impressive height, coupled with a unique architectural design inspired by the traditional Vietnamese dress, the Ao dai, makes this tower stand out as an emblem of both beauty and modernity.
As Vietnam intends to become a fully industrialized nation by 2020, the Lotte Center is here to meet the increasing demand for office and retail space with its high standard of prestigious, modern and beautiful architecture.
