Schindler Career Development Program

We are looking for candidates holding a master‘s degree in business or engineering who want to join one of our three functional career tracks. All three tracks can propel you to a senior management position within our company. It is the aim of the program to provide you with a broad perspective of the Schindler world and to let you enter into different fields of business as well as to expand your skills and your global network.
