Feedback helps set the path
During the one-month kick-start phase, you will participate in brief functional rotations in Sales, Service, and Installation with the goal of understanding how Schindler works. These rotations will expose you to Schindler clients, processes, operations, and your future team.
Our mentors hold key management positions and act both as counselors and sounding boards. Mentors will listen to you and provide guidance as well as help you in setting personal goals, understanding our culture, and identifying learning opportunities.
During your second year at Schindler, you will be assigned to an Action Learning project. You will be a member of an international team, responsible for delivering a real project that has strategic implications for Schindler. This provides you with a great opportunity to build your reputation at Schindler.
To maximize your potential and to provide the tools you need to succeed, we will provide you with significant development opportunities outside of your day-to-day responsibilities. In addition, we have prepared a series of training blocks to develop your skills: Leadership of teams, Project management & functional development, Personal development, and Local training skills. We expect you to help build our future, so we invest heavily in you to ensure that you can.
To ensure your progress, we will provide you with regular feedback. Business and personal goals and objectives will be set, and your performance monitored. In addition, each stage of the program contains a variety of assessments to determine your readiness for the next stage.
