Program structure
A career track with long-term perspectivesThe Schindler Career Development Program is designed to accelerate your career at Schindler and increase your personal and business skills in a relatively short time. We are ready to invest heavily in you to prepare you for a senior management position. Three-stage developmentThe program consists basically of three stages, which provide you with the opportunity of a functional rotation, professional opportunities, an international assignment, as well as exposure to Schindler’s Global Management Committee. Two entry pointsIf you have a master's degree and less than two years of professional experience, you will enter at Stage 1 of the program. If you have more than two years' work experience and are considered as experienced and personally grown enough for the role, you will have the opportunity to enter at Stage 2.
