The Board of directors of Schindler Holding Ltd. exercises ultimate direction and ultimate supervision over both the Elevators & Escalators business.
Operational management is in the hands of the Management Committee, which is supervised by the Executive Committee of the Board. Members of the Executive Committee are not members of the Management Committees.
