New organizational unit "Field Quality and Excellence"

The Board of Directors of Schindler Holding Ltd. has decided to establish a new organizational unit called "Field Quality and Excellence", as of July 1, 2010. Albert Haffert, Managing Director of Schindler Germany, has been named head of the new unit and in his new function will be a member of the Group Management Committee.
