Organizational Regulations

The Organizational Regulations of the Schindler Holding Ltd. are based on articles 716, 716a and 716b of the Swiss Code of Obligations and the Articles of Association of Schindler Holding Ltd.

The Organizational Regulations establish the internal organization as well as the powers and duties of the following bodies and functions:

> Supervisory and Strategy Committee
> Nomination Committee
> Audit Committee
> Compensation Committee
> Chief Executive Officer
> Group Executive Committee
