Standard or Customized Contract Coverage

We offer proven maintenance programs for elevators and escalators, not just maintenance contracts. To help you find the ideal plan, we look at three major criteria:

Response times

Does your building need immediate service, or will 24-hour response be sufficient?

Coverage
Will basic coverage for parts and service do, or do you need a comprehensive plan for mission-critical installations?

Costs

What are your budget requirements? We can help you find a plan that works within your cost parameters.

We can provide a maintenance plan tailored to the unique requirements of your building and your tenants. Schindler’s service professionals have the expertise to assess your requirements and provide a customized plan designed specifically for you.

Schindler Middle East Contracts can be classified into three levels of coverage.

Fully Comprehensive

A Fully Comprehensive contract combines callbacks coverage with regular preventive maintenance visits and automatic replacements of consumable items. It provides automatic replacement for the components of your installations subject to wear within their proven lifetime. This type of contract is ideal for new installations and is designed to complement, with minimal duplication, your original manufacturer’s warranty.

Semi Comprehensive

A Semi Comprehensive contract provides a unique combination between our basic coverage, preventive service program; the typical interval of elevators and escalators in addition to supplying spare parts with lower prices.

Non Comprehensive or Oil & Grease

A Non Comprehensive contract is our basic coverage which provides Oil & Grease maintenance and adjustments and allowing access, at additional charge, to our breakdown and repair services. The typical interval of elevators and escalators regular service is one month.

Schindler can define the maintenance program most appropriate for each one of your individual units, and so accommodate the unique requirements of your different tenants.
