It was 10 years ago when I started my career with Schindler. I started as a Sales Executive for NI Sales and Marketing team in Makati, Philippines. In 2006, during the peak of construction business in Dubai, I was given the opportunity to be part of Schindler Gulf Hub as a Sales Engineer.
This position has allowed me to further develop my technical knowledge while providing support to Gulf's diverse market. My interpersonal skills have been improved by being exposed to different nationalities and working in a multicultural environment.
Schindler is not only concerned in the quality of their products and services but also to the growth of its' employees by providing trainings. I myself have been given local and international trainings to help me handle job roles that were assigned to me.

My career with Schindler Pars started in 2012 as a Project Manager for major projects in Abu Dhabi. I was fortunate enough to take an additional role of being the Leader for the Top Range Excellence (TREX) process implementation in the Middle East.
This helped me to achieve the Project Managers Master Trainer (PMT). To achieve a successful implementation, I had to localize all the process related documentation and arrange for Project managers, Installation Master Trainers, NI-Supervisors, and Fitters certification training's as per TREX process.
I come from a background of elevators project management, power generation project management, service engineering, and high voltage power distribution experience. All this experience was based on my Masters degree in Energy Systems from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia.
